National Transportation Planning and Research Centre (NATPAC), an institution under Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment (KSCSTE) is only research and development institution in the country which works on multi – modal system of transportation covering road, rail, water, seaport and airport. Traffic education is an important activity of the Traffic Safety Division of NATPAC. The Safe Savari learning portal was inaugurated on January 1, 2014 by the Hon. Chief Minister Shri. OommenChandy. This portal is a one-stop destination for all road safety related information.
This is the place to get your road safety concepts right. We provide both classroom-based and digital content-based training programs for school children and general public on Road Safety. Our training programs prepare you for a safe journey. You can access our road safety digital contents anywhere, anytime by logging into our portal. These contents are also available through SafeSavari mobile application as well, which can be downloaded from Google PlayStore. You can also download road safety related materials from our portal. The training contents and videos are also available through our YouTube channel.
